John was a wonderful host—very kind, communicative, and helpful throughout my stay. The bathtub was especially comfortable and became one of the highlights of my trip. As this was his first time hosting, there were a few areas where he seemed a little inexperienced, but nothing that seriously affected my stay. The guest area was clean and well-maintained, although some additional cleaning in the common areas would make the overall experience even better.
