Welcome to my cozy and gay friendly home in Munich, located in a quiet residential area close to Olympia-Einkaufszentrum, OEZ.
The apartment is perfect for solo travelers, couples or friends who want a comfortable and welcoming place to stay while exploring Munich. It is especially convenient because you have easy access to the U-Bahn with both U1 and U3 nearby.
From OEZ, you can reach Marienplatz and the city center directly with the U3 in about 16 minutes, and Sendlinger Tor in about 17 minutes. The Oktoberfest area is also easy to reach by U-Bahn, via the U3 to Goetheplatz or Sendlinger Tor. Munich's gay area around Glockenbachviertel, Müllerstraße and Gärtnerplatz is also very easy to reach, especially via Sendlinger Tor or Marienplatz.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe and practical, with stores, public transport and daily needs nearby. You can enjoy the city, nightlife or Oktoberfest, and then come back to a calm place to relax.
