I like my home to be a safe, peaceful, and welcoming place for both myself and my guests. I value a living environment based on respect, kindness, and consent, free from any form of harassment or discrimination. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’m not a neat freak, but I’d appreciate it if you’d use the shared spaces—especially the kitchen—with care and leave them in good condition so we can all enjoy them. The washer and dryer are available for guests to use; I just prefer to set the cycles myself to ensure the best care for both the clothes and the machines. Taking good care of the keys is essential. The building has 24-hour security and is very safe, so it’s also important to respect the building’s basic rules of coexistence, especially regarding noise and the no-smoking policy in the building’s common areas. Personally, I smoke occasionally; I prefer to do so outside, and only rarely inside the house—in the living room or dining room with the window open. Roma Norte, Zona Rosa, and the surrounding neighborhoods offer great nightlife, bars, and places to celebrate, so I’d prefer the apartment to be a place to rest, recharge, and feel at home—rather than a space for throwing parties.
