Velkommen til en splitter ny leilighet på Grorud!
Alt er nytt og gjennomtenkt – moderne kjøkken med betongbenkeplate, kryssfiner-vegger, unike lysarmaturer og koselig soverom i dempet grønt. Leiligheten har også en liten sofa for en ekstra gjest ved behov.
En liten advarsel: badet er... fortsatt på vei. Det fungerer helt fint, men la oss si at det ikke vant noen designpris ennå. Oppussing kommer – snart(ish)! 😄

Keys will be handed over as agreed. Please check out by 15:00. If you need anything during your stay, reach out to me: +********
Getting around
Airport (Gardermoen): ******** stops at Grorud krysset — around 25–30 minutes, direct and fast.
City centre: T-bane (metro) gets you to Sentrum in about 20 minutes. Use ruter app to navigate and purchase tickets
Nature nearby
You’re a short distance from Marka (Oslo’s vast, stunning forest). Close by you’ll find Lutvann, and Steinbruvannet lakes for swimming. Towels for the lakes are in the bathroom cabinet.
Bathroom
In the cabinet: lake towels, washing liquid, fabric conditioner, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Note: the door handle is a little wobbly, please be gentle with it.
Apartment notes
Living room lights: operated by a remote — find it on the shelf with the books
Kitchen light switch: located on the kitchen top
Kitchen: well stocked with everyday appliances, a coffee machine, and a French press. I’ve left coffee for the press. Feel free to use anything in the cabinets, there are plenty of spices and everyday staples like pasta, rice etc.
My personal food is on a dedicated fridge shelf, please leave it.
You can buy espresso-ground coffee and groceries at Meny, right below the building
Vacuum: Dyson in the bedroom if needed
Door & security
When entering, lock the door behind you. Always lock with the key when leaving — the door will otherwise stay unlocked.
Please respect the space
I live here and I’m a painter. My personal belongings behind the curtain by the bed are private. Please treat the artwork with care. If anything catches your eye, give me a call with a price enquiry. I can also arrange secure shipping.
Staying 3+ days?
Please water the plants on the balcony and inside. They’ll appreciate it!
