Hello, Welcome to our 42-square-meter apartment with one small bedroom (about 7 square meters) in the 10th arrondissement. The apartment is on the 5th floor and has no elevator.
Located in a quiet area right in the heart of the Saint-Martin neighborhood, it’s centrally located for exploring Paris. The apartment is very quiet with an unobstructed view of City Hall.
The bedroom is available for rent by the night. We both live here with our cat, Alfie, who is very friendly and affectionate. We’ll share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
