I'm offering to rent an entire apartment (53m2). A beautiful apartment located in a quiet tree-lined courtyard of a typical Parisian building. Ideally located, near the Canal Saint Martin, close to the metro and the center. Ideal for visiting Paris and relaxing in the peace and quiet.

- A private room for one or two people in a spacious 20 square meter room. - A very comfortable sofa bed (real thick mattress) in the 20 m2 living room. Each room is spacious, bright, with internet access, a large TV and fans. - A large, sunny and very pleasant 15 m2 kitchen. The apartment is cool in summer and well heated in winter, spacious and very pleasant. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet. No outside guests are allowed in the apartment.

It is possible to use the kitchen for meals and of course the bathroom and all the equipment necessary for a good stay. The apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in the Canal St Martin district, is spacious, quiet and central, and full of charm. It's within easy reach of several nearby metro lines for visiting the whole of Paris. However, many of the sites can be reached on foot or by bike.
