Welcome to our charming 1930s home, located in Cavaillon, at the gateway to the Luberon. Our 130 m2 primary residence, fully air-conditioned, features a 250 m2 private garden and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a spacious living room that opens onto the garden, complete with a Smart TV, Netflix, and a large table for sharing meals. The kitchen and pantry are fully equipped: oven, microwave, gas stove, two refrigerators, coffee maker, Ninja Airfryer, steamer, washing machine...

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds (including one queen-size bed), as well as a game room with a two-person sofa bed, Smart TV, Netflix, Super ********do, and Mega Drive. You’ll also have access to a home office with a walk-in closet, a sunroom with some exercise equipment, and a bathroom with a corner bathtub and double sinks.

In the garden, you’ll find a table that seats six and a barbecue. There’s parking for two cars on the property, and bicycles can be stored in the garden.

The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning and gas heating for a comfortable stay in any season.

This is our actual home, where we live the rest of the year—so you’ll find a warm, personal atmosphere rather than a property intended solely for rental.

Finally, you’ll be sharing the space with a few unobtrusive residents: the fish in our aquarium, which you’ll simply need to feed once a day, and Maya, our cat, who spends most of her time outdoors. She feeds herself but may come by the garden to ask for a few pets!

Cavaillon is an excellent starting point for exploring the Luberon, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Gordes, and Roussillon, as well as Avignon, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, and the Alpilles.

Avignon is also easily accessible from the house and offers a wider range of LGBT+ nightlife options, including the gay nightclub L’Esclave and the gay sauna Le Saint-Michel. This way, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden in Cavaillon while still being close to Avignon’s LGBT+ nightlife.
