The Halkidis Residence is a private Palm Springs retreat featuring three king bedrooms, a pool, spa, and mountain views. Designed for comfortable indoor-outdoor living, our home welcomes up to six overnight guests for sunny afternoons, shared meals, and quiet desert evenings.

The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Optional pool heating is $100 per day; spa heating is complimentary.

THE SPACE

Our family home for over 10 years, The Halkidis Residence has been thoughtfully reimagined into a warm, inviting desert escape. Natural light, earthy tones, and curated interiors bring a personal touch to every stay.

The open-concept living area features a comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area for gathering over meals. Each of the three bedrooms has a king-size bed, comfortably accommodating up to six overnight guests.

Outside, your private backyard features a pool, spa, multiple lounge areas, outdoor dining, BBQ, and fire pit. Palm trees and mountain views create a peaceful setting for morning coffee, leisurely swims, and relaxed evenings.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with convenient access to Palm Springs dining, shopping, and attractions.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and private backyard, including the pool and spa. Your hosts do not stay on-site during your reservation.

The converted garage offers additional space for work, relaxation, and fitness, with a TV lounge, workspace, Peloton treadmill, weights, and workout bench.

Two bicycles, a washer, and a dryer are available for guest use.

YOUR HOSTS

Your hosts are brothers Dimitri and Barry, supported by our house manager, Ruben. This home holds many family memories, and we’re pleased to share it with you.

We respect your privacy and independence while remaining available to assist with your stay. Dimitri, Barry, or Ruben is happy to share recommendations for restaurants, local events, attractions, and LGBTQ+ venues upon request. Guests of all backgrounds are warmly welcome.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Maximum overnight occupancy: six guests. • Maximum daytime occupancy: ten people total, including overnight guests and visitors. • The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old. • Optional pool heating is $100 per day. Please request it in advance. • Spa heating is complimentary. • Please respect the peaceful residential setting and our neighbors.

Security cameras: Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the house only and record both video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard, pool, or spa areas.

Neighborhood: A car is helpful for exploring Palm Springs and the surrounding area. Grocery stores and everyday essentials are a short drive away, including Stater Bros. and Albertsons, approximately 1.2 miles away; Ralphs, approximately 2.3 miles; and Aldi, approximately 2.8 miles.
