Excellent quiet place and close to everything, spacious room, clean and very comfortable, I highly recommend it for Florian, very good host always attentive to everything and ready to help, really highly recommendable

Affordable accommodation in a quiet and historic neighbourhood that is well-connected to U-bahn and S-bahn stations. The apartment is rather quirky -but interesting- with all its automations that one needs a little time to adjust to and audible clocks from the kitchen. Florian - whom I didn't get to meet- was responsive in his text messages but his instructions weren't always clear. I had to ask about how a device functioned twice and since the answer -both times- wasn't clear enough or didn't help me figure it out, I gave up on it (I think the engagement there should have been a bit higher but I understand it might be a cultural thing). It was a major plus I could use the kitchen, the freshly ground coffee and tea that were offered for free since I also caught a cold during my stay there. A recommended stay.

Very nice place, very recommended

Although Florian was not in town when I visited Berlin, he had arranged with a friend to pass me the keys and ensure a very smooth check in. The room was exactly as described, very clean, and situated in a well connected part of the city. I would love to stay here again!

The place was good, near, clean, although very noisy from all the automated machines and probably upstairs neighbour. The biggest problem was Florian himself. Every time I asked him questions, he would look so annoyed, often unhelpful, or reluctantly help with a hint of disgruntlement. It went really bad during check out, he rushed me to finish my breakfast, and insisted I leave as soon as possible. He said that I told him I would leave by 8am, and I didn't, he misunderstood me. My first experience using this platform and I got such a terrible host, I'm not sure if I would use this platform again. I'm wondering how did other reviewers have a pleasant experience with Florian when he treated me nothing like what was in the review. I'm pretty sure I'll get a bad review too, but I'm not interested in using this platform anymore, so I don't really care.

Florian's place is very clean and near multiple public transportation areas. Unfortunately I wasn't able to meet him but I still had a great experience! Thank you for allowing me to stay at your home.
