Room in cosy apartment near Preikestolen

Ties' house is very clean, tastefully furnished and carefully maintained, with a comfortable bed and a living room with many beautiful plants inside. Ties is a flexible and very welcoming host; I came to visit Preikestolen and he recommended a splendid trek to Hiafossen for the next day, unforgettable! One evening we even had dinner together. I hope he enjoyed it too. I highly recommend his place.

Ties was a lovely host! He was very communicative, had excellent suggestions on local hikes, and was fun to hang around with. He consistently went out of his way to make sure that I was enjoying my stay. The apartment is very clean, the bed comfortable, and the location spectacular.

Staying at Ties's place was a wonderful experience. More than everything, the views from his Apartment are really special- Could be looking at it all day! The Apartment is well maintained, spacious, comfortable and with a beautiful cosy mini garden adding to the beauty. Ties is a really chilled person, easy-going, conversant and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had a great opportunity to taste home-made Dutch pancakes for breakfast and I really appreciate that gesture! Highly recommended for the stay and for experiencing alternative hikes in Jorpeland area.

Ties place locates in a cute town Jørpeland with a great view, commute bus to Stavanger is just around the corner, also very close to Pulpit Rock which he kindly offered the ride; additionally got an upgrade on the bed that he newly purchased; A very good place to stay while soaking into the fjords.

Ties was a great host. He cooked me dinner one night and helped get me to Preikestolen. His place is really light, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment near Preikestolen! The location is unbeatable, providing easy access to the hiking trails and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. This was my second visit to Ties' beautiful flat in Jørpeland, Stavanger, and it was FANTASTIC! Everything was perfect at Ties home, though my flight to Stavanger lost my luggage and I was forced to wait at Stavanger airport for many hours. When it FINALLY arrived on a much later flight, I was exhausted. Upon arriving at Ties' place, I was delighted that he had a thick, creamy chicken soup prepared for me that was without a doubt, the best tasting soup I've ever had! It was the perfect remedy for the many hours of waiting in the airport! The flat was super clean, warm, and as inviting as my host. I instantly fell asleep and when I woke up, Ties had prepared breakfast! The shower facilities and views were even more stunning than I recalled! I look forward to my next stay with Ties, and he deserves this 5-Star rating!

Ties is a very open, confident and considerate host. I stayed in order to get to see Pulpit Rock. The buses to the start of the walk had finished for this year and Ties took me to the start two days running. His place is cosy and definitely clothing optional. I would thoroughly recommend staying with him if you like the great outdoors. Thank you Ties.
