Unfortunately this was a pretty negative experience at this location. We arrived at the place to find no hot water and no gas. Even though the host said that the offer to use the kitchen was a nice gesture on his part, we still were expecting to have hot water to shower and wash our hands, etc. When asked, the host said that Mexicans don't use hot water. ...

Unfortunately this guest was unbearable. First he calls my private number days before his arrival, which it clearly states to contact me thru the app only unless urgent. Then he arrives and decided to add I was already going thru from a serious slip on ice. Yes I was in pain! And yes I DID PAY MY CLEANING MAN A WEEK BEFIRE FOR GAS! I do no LIE!! I had no id...
