Arturo was very accommodating, great communication, and when asked where to go and do he always had great suggestions. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend staying here.

Second time I have stayed with Arturo. He is an amazing host, and his home is amazing. Feel right at home here. Bed is very comfortable, a/c in bedroom, has everything a person needs for a great stay! I will stay here again, and highly recommend to others.

I have stayed in many MisterBandBs...Arturo's place is the most beautiful accommodation and Arturo is the absolute best host: kind; generous; giving; attentive; inclusive; anything you could possibly want from your host. He truly cares about his guests having a good time in PV. So many great recommendations. His house is right out of Architectural Digest; it's a real pleasure being in his space. It's a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, great restaurants and shops. If Arturo's place is available for your PV dates, book it now.

Staying as a guest of Arturo, especially as a first-timer to PV, was an absolute joy. Very relaxing place to say nothing of the host. I am very excited to return to PV again and when I do, it will be at one of his properties.

Arturo's place is a true gem in Zona Romántica, centrally located yet pleasantly away from the bar noise. The apartment is beautifully designed and very comfortable. Arturo is a wonderful host and even included me in his New Year's celebration with his friends, which made the stay extra special. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Puerto Vallarta.

I had a wonderful stay at Arturo's villa. It is beautiful and very well designed with a peaceful rooftop and pool. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything and on a peaceful quiet street. Arturo was very kind and communicated everything I needed. Arturo's place is great! Perfect location for traveling Zona Romantica by foot. 7-minute walk to the beach, and restaurants/food stores/bars less than that. He also has great recommendations for food and things to do. I enjoyed his company and our conversations by the pool at night. I really felt welcomed as a friend. Definitely recommend Arturo's place, and I will definitely be back!

Arturo was a great host. Provided me with loads of helpful recommendations for how to spend my time in PV during the town's quiet-season. The house is beautiful, bedroom has a private bathroom, the bed was really comfortable and the location really suited me. The location is just enough away from the noise and night life, that the shops and restaurants around the house feel like a different vibe to the rest of ZR. the house is still within a very short <10 min walk of all the gay bars and an easy 15 min to the beach. This place is great for solo travellers
