The Downtime Thomas Studio is a private retreat on the second story of the Hoffman Building (Circa 1893) in downtown Historic Thomas WV.
This private studio is situated just above the new Front Street Grocers, a 7-day-a-week organic grocery and a two to three minute walk to the Purple Fiddle Music Venue, espresso, art galleries, cocktails and other shops.
Thomas serves as a great basecamp to nationally recognized wilderness areas and parks such as Dolly Sods, Blackwater Falls State Park and Canaan Valley. Right outside your front door is access to the Monongahela National Forest and The Thomas City Park trail network.
The space was completely restored in 2016 and provides a large live/work/sleep space, a kitchenette/dining room, and a full bathroom with a soaking tub & shower. If traveling with a larger group, the studio is adjacent to our other rental, The Upfront Studio.
