I welcome you to my home and offer for rent only for 7 consecutive nights from Saturday to Saturday, an independent studio in a quiet location, set back from the street, at the end of a private driveway. Entertainment without the hassle! Ideally located between the Port of Fréjus and the nature reserve, you're within walking distance of all amenities. Less than 15 minutes away: the beach, the port with its many restaurants, the nature base, a hypermarket with its shopping mall, the historic center, the train station, the casino, the luna-park, aqualand and fireworks...

The air-conditioned 18m2 studio, rated 3-star furnished tourist accommodation ********, has a shower room with toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, hood, microwave/grill), a sofa bed (140x190), a table, four chairs, 109cm connected flat-screen TV. Wifi Internet via my box. It also has a 9m2 mezzanine with two additional beds (90x190) with low ceiling height, as an adult cannot stand on it. Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children under 10. Exclusive garden of approx. 50m2 with garden furniture, deckchairs and bike/motorcycle shelter.

Additional tourist tax payable directly on site (€1.50 per person per day).
