This 2-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom waterfront apartment is set in the charming North Fork Village of New Suffolk. This private accommodation is perfect for a relaxing romantic getaway, summer beach vacation, retreat or a winery tour holiday.

The "Houseboat" is completely NEW construction and has been custom designed as if you were secluded on your own yacht in the middle of the bay. The serenity, solitude and beauty of the water is in view everywhere.

The Peconic Bay is your front yard. The exterior design is on a bay front bulkhead and feels like you could be on the deck of a luxury yacht. The modern landscaping is outfitted with upholstered loungers, gas fire pit, table for 6 and outdoor shower. Enjoy grand dining with summer saltwater air breezes.

Swimming and kayaking is directly in front of the house from access off the deck. The Houseboat is down the street and a short walk from a child friendly & relaxed sugar sandy beach, local friendly bistro, fine dining & classic bar with casual dining. You really never need to leave New Suffolk to experience the charm of the North Fork, although wineries and curated farm stands are in abundance within a 5-minute drive.

The area lends itself well to a family stay, with beautiful beaches and a playground nearby, along with shops and restaurants in Southold & Greenport. There are many opportunities for swimming, hiking, fishing, sailing, surfing, and golfing close by. Cycle or take a summer stroll on the quiet local streets by day, then gather for barbecues on the large deck as evening comes. There is an outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach.

The home’s is trimmed with beautiful Fir Wood, solid White Pine doors and elegantly chic lighting fixtures. THINGS TO KNOW: If you are interested in renting the entire home in Houseboat please let us know and we may be able to accommodate. The entire Houseboat has 2 separate private entrances/front doors, separate garage parking, separate private waterfront outdoor deck areas - each including dining, grilling, outdoor shower, and upholsterer loungers. This is perfect if you want to vacation with a second family.

-On site tandem kayak, 2 children's kayaks, paddleboard, lots of life vests, 2 beach wagons with six beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

-Non-smoking and not wheelchair accessible

-There are lots of toys, games, and bicycles with baby seat upon prior request.

-The rate shown on the calendar is based on up to 33 people staying at the property. Please contact the host for accurate pricing where there are more than 3 guests. Understand that the home will accommodate up to 6 people, however we must adjust rate over 3.
