This sun-kissed room is all yours, complete with a queen-size bed, private en-suite bathroom (featuring a rain shower and a Tushy for that luxury tushy life), and a spacious closet to unpack and stay a while. You’ll also have your own Nespresso machine and mini fridge—perfect for lazy mornings or post-beach snacks.

Need some fresh air? Sip your coffee or wind down with a drink on the shared deck. Take a dip in the pool, or head to the beach with complimentary chairs and an umbrella. Please keep it low-key between 10 PM and 7 AM so we don’t wake the neighbors. Guests: Only folks on the reservation, please. No surprise visitors without a heads-up. Smoking: No puffing inside the suite. Outdoor designated spots only—and please toss your butts responsibly. Pets: Bringing your furry friend? Let me know ahead of time. Parties: This isn’t a party pad—no events or big gatherings. Clean & Tidy: Treat the space like your own—please keep it neat. Security: Lock up when you leave. Entry is via keypad — you’ll create your own 4-digit code before check-in for private, keyless access. Pool Time: 8 AM – 10 PM. No glass containers by the pool. Shared Spaces: You’ll have access to the back deck, hot tub, and pool—these are shared spaces, so please be courteous, tidy, and respectful. Let’s keep it relaxing and clean for everyone! Hands down one of my favorite MisterB&B bookings. I had a great weekend at The Snuggle Suite. From the moment I booked, Em was extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative—especially when I had several flight delays, including arriving a day late. He made sure everything went smoothly and stayed in touch the whole time. The location is super convenient, close to town and easy to get around. The room itself was set up perfectly for a relaxing weekend, with both firm and soft pillows to choose from, which was a nice touch. I also had access to the hot tub and pool which was a big bonus! Em's sweet dog added an extra layer of warmth and charm to the stay. Em offered great suggestions and advice for shopping and exploring the area. Overall, a fantastic experience. I'd suggest this rental to anyone and I am already looking forward to my next stay!

Em is a great host, very friendly and very respectful of the guest preferences. The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped, quiet house and neighborhood yet few minutes away from groceries and restaurants. Very easy to get to other towns in the Hamptons area too.

I had such a great stay at The Snuggle Suite! The room is exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super cozy with thoughtful touches like a Nespresso machine and rain shower (plus the cheeky name is spot on). The decor is modern and inviting, and the bed was seriously comfortable. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes from town and super close to the beach, which made getting around really easy whether I wanted coffee, groceries, or sunshine. Honestly, what made the stay exceptional was the host. So warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—he answered all my questions before and during the stay, gave great local recommendations, and made sure I felt totally at ease from the moment I arrived. I also appreciated how private the space was; I had everything I needed and could relax completely. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, location, and LGBTQ+ friendly vibes. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful, stylish spot in the Hamptons with a host who really cares. I ABSOLUTELY recommend it and will stay again soon!
