The Reveal

A pleasant, cosy and quite apartment, with all necessary equipment and two balconies. The kitchen has everything for cooking. NEW: THE NEW METRO STOP (MAIRIE D'AUBERVILLIERS) ******** PARIS METRO SHOULD OPEN IN MAY. IT'S 300 METERS FROM THE FLAT AND WILL MAKE YOUR TRIPS MUCH EASIER. 3 supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk. The RER B (CITY TRAIN) is 12 mins walking. It'll bring you to the heart of Paris in 10 mins approximately.

Everything is thought to be as practical, comfortable and beautiful as possible. There're two balconies in the flat, on each side. Each bedroom has access to a different balcony.

In the bedroom, you'll have a double size bed and some room in the closet with hangers. The bed linens and towels are provided.

There is a WC (with a Japanese flap ;) The shower room is separate from the WC.

The kitchen is well-equipped (fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven, toaster, cooker, etc.)

The flat is easily accessible by public transport. The RER B will bring you from Charles de Gaulle Airport or the Orly Airport to "La Courneuve-Aubervilliers" station which is situated at 12 minutes walking from

The flat is in Aubervilliers, a cosmopolitan town of Greater Paris. It is close to the future 2024 Olympic Games site and most of all, Stade de France where France's greatest concerts are held.

In Aubervilliers, you can observe some of the French industrial heritage sites. Some of which host productive Contemporary Art scenes. Some interesting parties happen to be organized in abandoned factories and other old industrial buildings.

If you like older historic monuments, you must visit the beautiful Saint Denis Basilica, the Royal burial site of the French monarchy. You can reach it in 30 minutes by bus.

The main rule is mutual respect and the tidiness. That's why every guest is asked to remove the shoes before entering. The flat is non-smoking but you'll find an ashtray on both balconies. Your arrival time can be flexible, anytime after 12 PM. The departure will be before 11 am. Please notice : The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and the toilets are shared. To keep the place the tidiest possible, please remove your shoes before as you enter the flat. It'll also be a kind of you if you pay attention to put the recyclable waste separately in the right part of the trash can situated in the kitchen.

I had an amazing stay in the apartment of farshad. He is a very friendly host and made me feel at ease. The apartment is clean and the room convenient. The location is not touristic at all. If you want to experience the raw paris this would be perfect! Close to RER and metro it will only take a short journey to the centte. I would like to recommend!

Farshad is very kind, and knows how to make you feel at home, always very clear and the flat itself it's very nice! Nice furniture, super clean and well connected with transports. Absolutely a five stars great deal.
