A pleasant, cosy and quite and well-furnished flat, with two balconies. THE NEW METRO STOP (MAIRIE D'AUBERVILLIERS) on the line 12 is now open. It's 300 meters / 5 minutes from the flat and makes the trips much easier. The RER B is 12 mins walk and can be very useful for farther distances, such as the Airports. 3 supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk.

There is one of the biggest climbing walls in Europe which opened recently very close to the flat. I love it and go there often. The Saint-Denis Basilic, the necropolis of the French kings is also in the area and available with a bus ********.
