Welcome to our home! Contemporary and comfortable, this historic house is a picturesque discovery in the heart of the Cole neighborhood tucked into the hip area of RiNo (RiverNorth). Behind the Victorian architecture, this unique 1880s home is tastefully upgraded with modern amenities and vintage finishes. You’ll love this place because of your private outdoor space, the neighborhood, and the proximity to the trendy RiNo scene. Overall, this suite is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers alike.
Enjoy your private entry suite and gorgeous private covered patio space all to yourselves! Your suite comes equipped with a mini refrigerator/freezer, coffee & tea, iron/ironing board, closet, full length mirror, desk fan and overhead fan, smart TV, private bathroom with basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup removal wipes, and a hair dryer. If you need more towels, please just let us know and we’ll be happy to restock.

This place is a perfect location for those visiting Denver who want access to all that Downtown Denver offers. We are on a quiet block that is a short walking distance (or a very short Uber ride) to a number of local breweries, restaurants, and shops. If you're in town for a sporting event, we are minutes away from Coors Field, Pepsi Center, and Mile High Stadium.
If you are here to check out breweries, arts/culture, museums, festivals, we are in the heart of it all! Lyfts, Ubers, and taxis are aplenty and it’s a 10 minute (or less!) ride to all major attractions downtown. It’s an 8 block walk (.7 mi) to the 38th & Blake Street train station that heads to and from Union Station downtown and Denver International Airport. It’s also just 6 blocks (.5 mi) to the 30th & ********g Street Station that services downtown. Multiple bus stops are also within a block radius that provide easy transportation to wherever you need to go.
Denver has a great cycle sharing program, with more than 84 stations with 700 bikes spread out across the city. It costs $9 for a day pass of bike rental, and you don't get charged any more than that if you have a bike out for 30 minutes or less. With so many drop-off locations around the city, this is totally do-able. The nearest B-Cycle station is located at 27th and Welton.

Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Denver is a city where recreational marijuana is legal. Please feel free to utilize the patio if you choose to partake in the consumption of marijuana.
Please treat our home as nicely as you would your own. Please be mindful of staining bedsheets, towels, or woodwork. We’ve put shop rags under the sink for your use if you need them for any reason to clean up a spill. Do not put wet or damp towels on the hardwood floor. This causes irreparable damage as the wood then swells and buckles. Thank you for your consideration of this! If you have a special need that would better accommodate your stay, please let us know!
We have three golden retrievers who live with us and you may encounter them. Two are 3 years old (Riley & Reyna: you can have all the cuddles you want if you meet them) and our third is the matriarch of the family at 16 years old (Kella).
The house has two security cameras on the front of the house that point towards the street.
