Cleaning once a week. Located 450m from the metro and Santa Cruz Shopping with several bus and metro lines! We're a 12-minute walk from the Santa Cruz metro, blue line, and Santa Cruz Shopping with a movie theater! There's a supermarket and pharmacy just around the corner! The Modernist House is 500 meters away and the Lasar Segal Museum is 800 meters away. In the same neighborhood, the University of Fine Arts is a lively street full of bars and restaurants! There is no doorman and I ask you to be very discreet because the neighbors are not tolerant! But the neighborhood and the apartment are very comfortable and charming!
