great location for walking everywhere and also near gay bars. The appartment corresponds to the photos and description. The entrance is directly from the street so it gives you very cool privacy but brings a little bit of street noice which was not a big deal anyway. It was pleasure to stay and can totally recommend the flat.

Pedro is a nice host and took some time to give us some suggestions. But the apartment is not in a good state, quite old furniture and not well cleaned. There was old food in the fridge and the few dishes were quite dirty when we arrived. Parts of the description were not correct (no dryer, no hot-tube, but bath-tube). The coffee cooker shown in the photo was not in the apartment. The apartment is in the ground floor at a loud street, also at night.
