The property is a great retreat for two people (the description says four, but the *additional* bedding is actually couches) and operates more like a hotel than a stand-alone condo. The building managers and cleaning crew are amazing and helpful with every question. The balcony/patio is fairly small and can accommodate only two adults at one time, in my opinion. I loved how every window opens to lush plants and how the patio doors open completely to immerse you in the nature of the property. The view from the roof patio provides a view of the blue-blue waters. The location is fantastic and close to great restaurants and even hole-in-the-wall food. You can find touristy food, local flavors, and groceries. The market only a short walk of one block away provides you with EVERYTHING you will ever need. The walk to the beach is not even a walk - it's a short (and steep) set of stairs out front of the property. You can choose, however, to walk only two blocks to the beach. The construction across the street is intense and disruptive - and quite loud beginning at 8am each day. The building construction has been ongoing for years and I do not see an end in sight. A note on accessibility - the stairs to the building are steep and require a solid footing for any adult. The street surrounding the building is a bit difficult to walk. I would not recommend the street for any people looking to "party" to the point of balance issues.
