Vicente is a great host. He does everything possible to make you comfortable and knows the area very well to recommend interesting places to visit. (the village is next to Seville) We shared hours of movies, series and conversations during the times I stayed at home sheltering from the heat. The house was impeccable, he helped me with my luggage and to hang my laundry that I had to wash during my stay. If I have to mention a complaint, I would highlight the poor parking in the area and certain characters in the neighborhood. But this is not the host's fault, of course. He makes the stay very pleasant.

Vicente is welcoming, flat is just what you see, nice terrace for your morning coffee. Location in a historical township that is interesting in itself, you can walk into Seville Centre in about one hour, first locate the small trestle bridge to cross the river which is a very nice walk from the flat, walking up and over the former site of a Moorish fortification, I walk into the centre twice, and back, each time a different way, the Metro is very handy and quick. local shopping and cafés steps away. always nice when it is better than you expected.

This is a very good value for money. Situated on the metro line it is very simple to reach from the centre of the city. Vicente is a kind person who cares about his guests and his appartement is a real home. Recommended to people who prefer a bit colder suburb in comparison to Sevilla as San Juan is on the top of the hill overlooking Sevilla (grand vista !!!)
