Private studio apartment in Helsinki center and near the seashore. One living area with kitchen, a sofa and single bed in 35sqm. Extra mattress available. View on the canal from the balcony, 3th floor in a newly built housing, modern kitchen and full bathroom with shower. (Unit in a new house from last year). Central and quiet location, walking distance to the all important locations. Bicycle available. Most houses on the neighborhood are art deco style. Balcony with the width of the whole apartment. Friendly, nice, quiet cats in the premises (British short hair), so I would appreciate if the guests are looking after them (usually keep away from sight), but will obviously reflect to the price. All instructions are given at the site. Possibility to use gym. Welcome!
