Private studio apartment in Helsinki center and near the seashore. One living area with kitchen, a sofa and single bed in 35sqm. Extra mattress available. View on the canal from the balcony, 3th floor in a newly built housing, modern kitchen and full bathroom with shower. (Unit in a new house from last year). Central and quiet location, walking distance to the all important locations. Bicycle available. Most houses on the neighborhood are art deco style. Balcony with the width of the whole apartment. Friendly, nice, quiet cats in the premises (British short hair), so I would appreciate if the guests are looking after them (usually keep away from sight), but will obviously reflect to the price. All instructions are given at the site. Possibility to use gym. Welcome!

Easy going Finn and cyclist based in Helsinki, like to travel independent, love nature, culture, sports.
Always nice to make new friends, but giving away my apartment for rent while I'm out of town and my two cats need a little taking care of so somebody else can enjoy them (well behaving British Shorthair castrates).

A pleasant stay in Helsinki! Markus is a nice and helpful person, he met me at the Central railway station and also gave me information for a pleasant stay in Helsinki. His place is well located. There is a tram stop just outside his place. One can also walk to the Central Railway Station, about a 25mins walk. Lovely cats he has.

Place was easy to find. You can get there by bus or tram. Or walk, not far from city center. There was everything I needed. Old building, there isnt lift and its 5th floor, but that wasnt bad. Markus told me everything I needed to know. Good host. I liked this place, and definitely would love to stay there again.

As I arrived, Markus picked me up at the bus station and he took me on a bike tour around Helsinki for the first 2 days of my stay. He let me use his bike and gym card too to workout when he's out of town. Markus is an awesome host and we had a good long conversation of random things. Thank you Markus I certainly recommended his place!

We stayed for two nights and the apartment was perfect: very comfortable, spacious, excellent value, quiet, and centrally located. Markus was easy to communicate with, and check in was very easy. Recommended.

Markus is a very good host. Helpful. Good communication and intelligent. You feel like in your home. Very close to bars and gay clubs. Nice and quiet area. 15 minutes walking.
