Eric's studio is close to Kalasatama metro station and right across from Mustikkamaa island. The apartment is in a new residential building that Eric has furnished in a personal retro style. The apartment has everything needed for living just like at home (no coffee maker, but a cooking pot, and no microwave, but a regular oven). The apartment is quiet. Near the apartment there is a city bike rental spot and a local shop is very close by, as well as the Redi shopping center, which also has dining options. I didn't see Eric, but he communicated smoothly via ******** and seemed like a smart guy. The price-quality level is good and the proximity to the archipelago and city center is a plus. I warmly recommend staying in Eric's apartment.

Eric was a very caring host, providing us with much more than I would call essentials. He has a great sense of style and simply let us live in a very personal, very cosy apartment. There is also a green island very close to his place where the people from the neighbourhood do sports or go swimming - we enjoyed have a place to relax so close by.

Eric's apartment is well-equipped and a great option for staying comfortable in Helsinki. It has everything you need to work remotely and easily commute to the city center. I highly recommend Eric as a host!
