Renoved appartment (almost*) of 70m2 with a 30m2 of private garden. Ground floor in a quiet residence, the 2-bedrooms have the windows to the street while the living room give access to the garden.

The rent includes: - A/C in the bedrooms and the living room, - laundry room with washing machine and dryers - A private garden - internet (Wifi ou Ethernet), Netflix (living room only, no TV), microwave, oven, induction plate, videogames, boardgame.

* I still need to work with the renovation of toilet, garden and the entrance.

Very good stay at Jean Yves'. The accommodation is quiet, close to amenities. Air conditioning was appreciated with the heat. The exchange with JY is the big highlight. Sharing very pleasant moments. Naturism possible. You feel right at home, I recommend it.
