Ground floor in a quiet residence, the 2-bedrooms have the windows to the street while the living room give access to the garden.

- laundry room with washing machine and dryers
- A private garden
- internet (Wifi ou Ethernet), Netflix (living room only, no TV), microwave, oven, induction plate, videogames, boardgame.
* I still need to work with the renovation of toilet, garden and the entrance.
