It was a pleasure stopping at Fred's. The location is very good. Few minutes by tube into town, walking distance to the park. Easy parking. Fred is very friendly and will make you feel very welcome. He knows a lot about Lyon. Bedroom is nice and comfy bedding. We shared meals in the evenings, he prepared some delicious local dishes. Definitely back.

Fred is a welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful person. During a one-night stay and arriving 2 hours late, Fred waited for me, prepared a meal, and we discussed and shared about his situation. Fred is a positive person and deserves to be known. I recommend 2000%.

It was an absolute pleasure to have been able to stay with Fred for my visit to Lyon. He is a kind, generous, thoughtful host who enjoys to show off Lyon to his guest. He gave me many recommendations for things to do and how to get to the sites. We were able to visit at home over breakfast and each night by the tv. Fred's apartment is very comfortable and easy to get to on public transport but the best part is Fred himself!

Room as described and shown in the add. Fred is very welcoming and there for information or assistance. The bed is comfy, bathroom and shower nice and good. We had a simple and good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and also went to the Sunday market nearby together. Late check out due to our cancelled train wasn't a problem at all We hope to be back.

Fred welcomes you like a friend. I felt very comfortable at his place right away. The accommodation is close to tram stops in a rather quiet neighborhood without being deserted. The room is very comfortable and Fred does everything to make your life easier. It's pleasant to chat with him.
