Crossing apartment, calm and bright of 70 m2 in the district of Grand Clément in Villeurbanne. Located on the 4th floors with elevator, parking in the condominium. Ideal for a single person, couples or a couple with 2 children.
The apartment offers a fully equipped USA kitchen with lots of equipment for cooking lovers. It opens onto a dining area with modern decoration. A bar is located between the two. The living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, a very large flat screen, DVD player, speaker. The whole opens onto a small balcony with a clear view on a green park.
The apartment offers two bedrooms:
The Street Art rooms have a double bed, a closet with large mirrors, lamps, bedside table, shelf, picture frames.
The Jungle room is composed of a double bed, a cupboard, shelf, lamps, picture frames.
A bathroom with sink, bath, cupboard, mirror, hair dryer, washing machine. The toilets are separate. Sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided.
Being an interior designer, the whole apartment has an original, atypical and very neat decoration, which I would be delighted to share. I am an organized person, who likes cleanliness, and the little touches to make my guests feel at home. I would love to welcome you, so please come.

Bus at the foot of the building for the Carré de Soie shopping center or 10 minutes from the Part Dieu Part station (cinema, shops, etc.) or for downtown Lyon. Only 5 minutes from the metro for downtown Villeurbanne (Construction inspired by New York neighborhoods, theater, ...) and 10 minutes from downtown Lyon by metro (direct line to reach the town hall) or 25 minutes by bike (bike available for hire on the street). Lyon is a young, active city with very beautiful streets, an old district of Vieux Lyon, a Gallos Romain site, various Museums, Operas, Theaters, shops, nightclubs, which I would not hesitate to advise you to discover. Lyon is a city also renowned for its gastronomy.
