Room in a quiet semi-detached house, ideally located just a few minutes' walk or bike ride from the ramparts and all the city's cultural and leisure attractions. 5 minutes from Central Station by streetcar (station 3 minutes away). Easy parking.
Most shops within walking distance (grocery store, newsagent, bakery... and a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car).
The city without its drawbacks!
On the first floor you'll find: a large, bright living room opening onto a large, leafy entrance courtyard and a patio, ideal for breakfast or aperitifs on warm days. Almost completely out of sight.
Fully equipped kitchen and toilet.
Complimentary coffee, tea and basic breakfast.
Upstairs is your bedroom (1 double bed divisible into 2 single beds), adjoining mine, and a shower room with toilet shared with me when I'm here.
