Private room with shared bathroom. 1928 Spanish revival house. Bedroom is large. Full access to kitchen, washer and dryer, bbq, living room. Free WiFi. Complimentary breakfast items and coffee, tea, and water bottles are here for you. House is centrally located in the Miracle Mile area of LA. Close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, museums. Grocery store is within walking distance. I’m a nice, quiet guy with very friendly cats. If you’re allergic, this wouldn’t be a good stay.

Public transportation is a block away. Parking permit is available for street parking. Target, Sprouts, various restaurants, are all a five minute walk. Ralphs supermarket is close, Bank of America, Walgreen's.

There are free weights available for use, from 2 lbs up to 50 lbs. A yoga mat and other workout items are also available.

Close to LACMA, Peterson Auto Museum, Academy Awards Museum, and La Brea Tar Pits. Target and Sprouts grocery store are a five minute walk, as well as restaurants, both fast food and sit-down.
