The bedroom is available for a single occupancy only. Guests must be comfortable with dogs. Guests must be able to climb stairs.
Great location ten minute walk to Capitol. Two and half blocks from Eastern Market Metro Station (Orange, Blue, and Silver lines), restaurants on 8th Street and the Yards with Harris Teeter, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods nearby, and two blocks from Sport & Health.
The bedroom is available for a single occupancy only.
More about the House. This bedroom is in a large two story house that has a main structure and an addition. (The owner lives in the addition). In the main structure there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. The two 2nd floor bedrooms are rented periodically.
Generally the past tenants have been summer interns, visiting semester students, and young professionals. This is more of a bed and breakfast situation than a housemate situation (i.e., everyone is polite, but not expected to be social with each other).
