- a genuine 4-seater spa, including a reclining one.

You'll enjoy two terraces, barbecue, petanque court, private parking for 7 cars and 2 reinforced sockets for vehicles or electric bikes.

The 240 m2 house features spacious rooms:
- 60 m2 living room that can be used as a meeting room. Box (fiber), wifi and very large 189 cm diagonal TV screen. Possibility of serving breakfasts and meals.
- fully-equipped kitchen and dining room with table for 15.
- WC at the entrance.
- The 6 bedrooms feature 15 identical, high-quality beds, all separable: 180 x 200 or 90 x 200 cm. :
1) upstairs, 25 m2: 1 double bed, 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom.
2) ground floor, 16 m2: 1 double bed with en-suite shower room.
Finished basement:
3) 16 m2: 1 double bed.
4) 17 m2: 1 double bed, 1 single bed.

Beds are made before your arrival, one towel per person is at your disposal, consumption and cleaning (end of stay) packages included.

No smoking inside. Due to neighbors 40 m away, it is not possible to make noise outside, especially after 10 pm.
The gîte is currently being renovated and landscaped, and is rated 1 star, with 3 stars planned for mid-2025.

The sunny region boasts a wealth of sites and sights, and is close to the sea and mountains. Montpellier, all the coastal beaches, the typical village of St Guilhem le désert, the Navacelle cirque, the Clamouse and Demoiselles caves, the Prafrance bamboo grove, the fortifications of Aigues Mortes, and many other sites.
