MAS DES SAUGES welcomes you to ST MATHIEU DE TRÉVIERS. The 3600 m2 property is located near the Pic St Loup vineyards: - 20 minutes north of Montpellier, - 45 minutes from the beaches and Cévennes, - in St Mathieu de Tréviers, on the edge of a quiet village with beautiful views.

25 m2 guest room on the second floor of the mas, with bathroom including shower, bathtub, two basins and separate toilet. Beautiful view from the room, you are alone in the house. Breakfast is made up largely of organic products, in keeping with the property's eco-responsible approach.

You have access to the wellness area with an exceptional 25 m swimming corridor, a relaxation pool with beach and submerged bench and a spa for 4 people. The pools are treated with UV and active oxygen. The spa water is treated with active oxygen, which is more environmentally friendly and less irritating to the skin than chlorine, for example. The water is changed regularly. A massage option is also available for €10 per 1/4 hour.

Smoking is not permitted inside. Neighbors are 40 m away. The estate is currently being renovated and landscaped, and is rated 1 star, with 3 stars planned for mid-2025.

The sunny region boasts a wealth of sites and sights, and is close to the sea and mountains. Montpellier, all the coastal beaches, the typical village of St Guilhem le désert, the Navacelle cirque, the Clamouse and Demoiselles caves, the Prafrance bamboo grove, the fortifications of Aigues Mortes, and many other sites.
