The property is guarded by 1 large dog. - Non-smoking room, ashtrays available in the garden, on the terrace and in the summer kitchen. - Fenced property, automatic gate - travelers have a remote control. - Heated pool (28/30 degrees, May-September). Not overlooked. Free access until 8 p.m. (or longer on request). Armchairs, relax, French fries, ball... Travelers have priority over use of the pool (with a few exceptions, owners do not use the pool in the presence of travelers, although it may be shared with travelers renting the ground-floor apartment). - Barbecue (on windless days!). - Shaded parking in front of the apartment. (The summer kitchen may be shared with guests renting the T2 apartment).
