Our lovely apartment is located in heart of Nice Old Town five minutes walking to the center of the town, tram, beach. This area is one of the favorite locations for anyone coming to Nice; with Shapko, Waynes, the Snug, and several other bars and music venues within a 5-minute walk. If you want to be where the action is, we are in one of the top locations in Old Nice.
Spacious two-bedroom, 48 M, sleeps up to six. The apartment is fully equipped with a washer, oven, four-burner electric stovetop, refrigerator, high-speed fiber WiFi internet, and a large flat-screen TV with many premium stations including NETFLIX.
The apartment has also has a huge kitchen to practice your French culinary skills with fresh fruits and vegetables from nearby Cours Seleya market. The kitchen dining table seats six-plus people, and everyone congregates there to have drinks and talk. The spacious living room with a pullout sofa, lounge chair, with a large desk; it's great for telecommuting. The apartment is beautifully decorated with oriental carpets and fine art. throughout There is one bathroom with separate shower and toilet rooms. A combined heater/towel warmer keeps the shower area warm and cozy for your comfort.
Walk out the door and there are several bakeries, restaurants, and art galleries within a few minutes walk. We have also provided. beach towels and mats for you to enjoy your beach days, just a five-minute walk.
