We provide a complimentary starter kit for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items won't be re-stocked and if needed, guests will have to purchase them locally.

Linens and towels can be switched at an extra cost (same for full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Just let us know 24h in advance to schedule our cleaners.

We want to provide all of our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to wipe the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra fees. This is a brand-new apartment in a brand-new building, just a few meters from the beach. Fully equipped, amazing rooftop with 3 pools, bar, an incredible view and more. Underground parking and Gym available. For bookings 28 days or longer, electric usage is billed separately. For bookings 7+ days, a mandatory switch of linens and towels is required every week at an extra cost.
