Our home is clothing optional on the patio area - be clothed inside the house; please inform us if you are interested in this. Our patio is completely enclosed and secure for outside nudity. There is an outside shower available. We live in a quiet neighborhood, facing a sweet little park, where we walk the dogs every day. Our home is quiet and comfortable; we keep an orderly house but we're not neat freaks. We enjoy coffee in the mornings and evenings, sometimes, a cocktail or glass of wine. *The bedroom can be set up as 1 king bed or 2 extra-long twin beds - please let us know your preference* You will have a private bedroom and private bathroom.

Alberto is a meat cutter for Publix and I'm retired but I do energy work, meditation instruction, body work, and other services. If you would like a session, please let me know...25% discount for overnight guests.
We're 1.5 hrs. from Tampa and Orlando, 1 hr. from Gainesville, and 35 minutes from Ocala. We offer transportation to and from the TPA and MCO airports. Once you've made your reservation with us, we can pick you up and drop you off. This service must be arranged well in advance of your arrival.
We also have 2 individual kayaks for rent - $40 per kayak - includes transportation to and from the local drop off/pick up points. That includes the kayaks, paddles, life vests, cooler and transportation to and from any of the local launches in Citrus County.
Transportation arrangements can be made for other activities in the area.

Hi,
We are low key couple who enjoy going to the beach, kayaking, thrifting, projects around the home, normal stuff. We're a clothing optional household. Soon, we have our privacy fence installed for private sunbathing.
Alberto is a meat cutter for a nearby Publix and Don is retired from his career and now does energy work and meditation from his home studio.
Our home is situated in the central Gulf Coast of Florida - Beverly Hills, FL (Citrus County). We are less than a half-an-hour from Fort Island Beach, 1.5 hrs. from Tampa and Orlando, Gainesville, and 45 minutes from Ocala.
We do have 2 lovely dogs, a female pit and a male pit/boxer mix. Both very loving. Whenever they're too loving, we crate them. We don't mind our guest speaking to our dogs, so the dogs learn their limits with guests.

There are many restaurants in the area - from BBQ - Seafood - Thai - Chinese, Country Cooking, Mexican, and more. We have a few faves so ask us about them. Of course, feel free to order through Uber eats, etc. There are many outdoor activities, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming with the manatee, bicycling trails, outdoor events, etc. There will be plenty to do. You'll need your own mode of transportation to these venues.

As far as house rules are concerned: -NO smoking of any sort anywhere on the property - vaping is ok -No illegal drug use, nor intoxication -420 friendly, if vaped, edibles, etc. -Come and go as you please, just keep us informed when you'd be returning to our home so we can crate the dogs. -Upon entry for the first time - Do not engage the dogs - They'll be crated. We have a methodology of introducing them to guests. PLEASE respect our wishes. -No visitors ------------------- Patio rules -Nudity is perfectly acceptable - use towels to sit on while sitting/lounging on the furnishings -Bluetooth speakers are available in the patio area -Respect our neighbors with noise levels and activities -No use of glass or ceramic wear in patio area - plastic only, please (we have plastic ware available)

Don and Alberto are gracious and friendly hosts. I was greeted with a fresh cup of specially brewed coffee and enjoyable conversation The bedroom is large, bright, cheerful and nicely decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable. You will not be disappointed when you book with Don and Alberto.

Beautiful house in a nice, safe neighborhood with the most adorable doggies you'll ever meet. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area! Huge plus that they were sign language friendly :)

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Don was the best host. The room and house were amazing. He made me feel very welcomed. The room, bed and private bathroom was one of the best I've ever stayed at. Really nice house. I highly recommend staying here.
