Our flat is centrally located one building from Rue d Antibe's , the center of Banana district . Windows overlooking the Alps . We are on the top floor .Huge terrace allows you to have your meals outside . we are close to public transport, train station we are in the center of art, culture, best restaurants ,parks beaches 5 min away . Palace Festival just 700 m away. Shopping , restaurants and boutiques are around the corner. Our quiet street is parallel Rue d Antibes.

Good for couples retreat ,solo adventurers, business travelers,families with kids not younger then 6 year old .We have a garage inside the building.
