Nice, bright, modern, cosy and quiet place, near the port, it has 4x glass windows and super sound isolation for those you like to sleep well. It also had blind curtains so it can be 100% dark. It's ground floor, build on concrete, always very chill no air-co needed. Ceiling fans in the leaving room and above the bed. Bed 160x200. Free parking around the place. 10-15 min walking to The City of Arts and Sciences. 10min by bike to the city beach, 15min by bike to the nude beach (Penedo-El Saler), 15-20min by bike to the city centre. Very easy to access to the public transport. Oven/microwave combo, electric stove, small fridge with deep freezer, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, wash/dry combo machine, hair dryer. Free street parking around the property..

The apartment is located in the Nazaret neighborhood and is well connected to the public transport network (Metro 10, bus lines 4, 95, 30). At €60 per day (2 people), the value for money is acceptable...if more should be charged (depending on season), the ratio tilts. We had 7 cockroaches as guests in 11 days. The dust on the fan blades hasn't been removed in a long time. An advantage is the washing machine for longer stays. There is no toaster and the capsule coffee machine didn't work either. Recommended for short stays. There are 2 apartments that are parallel to each other...we actually booked Cami de Canal 18.
