For a better stay please follow these easy rules: Do not leave open food and put the garbage in the local’s garbage that is located on ground floor under the terrace, this to avoids the inconvenience that due to the hot temperature could attract insects. . Please take care the electricity consume mainly for the air conditioning, 10 kw daily are free and usually are enough. For extra consume would be charged 10 pesos mx, about 5 cent Usd for every extra kw as the local electricity company charges an higher tariff. The smoke hosts has to smoke in the wide open air terrace and in the open air areas and not inside the apartment. . For legal reason Only the hosts who reserved the apartment are authorized, no other people not authorized could stay. Due to condominium rulers it’s not permitted high level of noise after midnight.
