Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and stove.

2 very bright bedrooms with a double bed in the first and a sofa bed in the second (and a single mattress on the floor for the +1) and electric shutters. The rooms have a view to the north, completely unobstructed. In the evening, the lights of the city and sky are a magnificent starry spectacle to be enjoyed just before going to bed. Sanitary, bathroom (with bath and washing machine).

Located on the 18th and top floor (there are 3 elevators for a guaranteed ascent), this apartment is a safe space for all LGBTQIA+ people.

Public transport 5/10 min away: metro 7 and 12, T3b tramway, bus and Vélib station. >> 20 minutes from the center of Paris.

Close to all shops open until late: pharmacies, supermarkets, grocery stores, cafés, tobacconists, chicha bars, etc :)
