Comfortable, air-conditioned studio for two, with 13x5m swimming pool shared with the owners and terrace area (table, deckchair). 160cm bed, storage space, bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen (microwave oven, grill, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, induction hob, mini fridge/freezer).

Located in a quiet area just a kilometer from the center of the historic village of Grimaud and 4 km from the beaches. Ideally located for exploring the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Convenience store 2 km away. Free parking on site. No smoking, no pets allowed.
