THE LIVING ROOM - features a top-of-the-range convertible sofa (real double bed) with a comfortable 17 cm mattress (140*190) and plenty of storage space in the dressing room. The bed linen is cotton satin. The sofa faces a connected TV screen. The apartment is equipped with a Wifi network and a dedicated workspace (office area). There is a dining area with a dining table.

THE open-plan, fully-equipped KITCHEN features: built-in fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine.

THE BATHROOM - large and well-ventilated thanks to a VMC. A chrome towel warmer completes this magnificent bathroom.

The shower area is large ( 90 *120 ), with a Hansgrohe shower column. Quality towels for two people are provided (bath, toilet, guest towels, bath mat).

The accommodation is ideally located, close to the landmarks of this magnificent historic city, close to public transport, shops, restaurants ... . We would be delighted to welcome you in person between 3 and 4 pm. We can also arrange a separate entrance for late arrivals.
