This comfortable and refined studio is perfect for your holidays in Porto!
Upon arriving at the apartment from exploring the city, you will relax enjoying a Porto wine against the background of the beautiful view of the “Duques” district with its tall trees.
The elegant Estudio is located in an Art Nouveau-style building in Porto. The house's restoration work is the result of our commitment to this family project.
On the entrance floor you will find a lounge where you can prepare your drink (we provide drinks to our guests), choose a book from the shelf in the hallway, listen to music, and breathe the atmosphere of the period, the typical atmosphere of a bourgeois house of Porto from the turn of the 19th century to the 20th century
Via the elevator or stairs you go up to the apartment floor.
The apartment is very comfortable, bright and functional, even for longer stays.
The environment conveys authenticity and refinement.
The openly eclectic decor is punctuated by pieces from different periods and origins.
All these pieces are authentic and have been recovered.
This is the only way to achieve true sustainability of the planet and respect for nature.
All the old wood and beams in the house that had to be replaced were reused to make some furniture, namely the beds and headboards.
A beautiful female nude painted in the 1940s dominates the space.
Over the sofa a panel of Portuguese ceramics from the 70s by Machado da Costa and Natércia Rosa.
The lighting is designed for you to enjoy great comfort. You will find different lamps from our collection, from the Belle Époque chandelier in the center of the room, to the Danish 70s Fog and Morup pendants, to the beautiful Dijkstra wall lamp over the sofa.
Fresh fruit and Porto wine are offered for consumption upon arrival.

At 5-minute walk from S. Lázaro Garden, the oldest city garden, with terraces and restaurants, from Café Magestic in St. Catarina Street, and from the amazing Bolhão market.
And for the night, a 5-minute walk from the bars "Maus Hábitos" and "Passos Manuel", and from "Zoom" the gay disco. It is 15 munuts from the gay bar "Lusitano" and the gay sauna "Spartacus"

1 - The apartment is shoe free, for yours and our security, so please bring your slippers.
2 - You must inform us of your your travel arrangements, which flight, arrival time and if you are renting a car at least two weeks before your arrival
Unless your reservation was made less than two weeks prior to your arrival,
and in this case you must say as soon as possible the time and how you will arrive Porto
Otherwise we can not ******** that someone will be available to deliver you the apartment keys.
3 - Changing the arrival time on the day of arrival (with a tolerance of one hour) implies the payment of a fee of 40 euros per hour. Unless such change is due to changes in the flight landing time.
4 - At the time of booking you must also provide us with the following information necessary to fill in the accommodation bulletin required by Portuguese law:
1 - complete names
2 - complete address
3 - dates and places of birth
4 - nationalitys
5 - passport or European citizen cards numbers issuing countrys of emission.
6 - your email address
Accommodation bulletin is mandatory for all guests staying, and only guests mentioned there are allowed to stay in the apartment.
This data must be provided to us when you make your reservation regardless of the data you have already given to the platform.

On the last day, at checkout, close the building door with the key and insert the key through the mailbox opening in the door.

7 - While supply failures are not common, we are not responsible for failures in the goods and services provided by water, gas, electricity, internet and TV supply companies.
