A wall of lights and a glowing orb illuminate the space. This is a 2-bedroom, 1- bathroom apartment in a complex that also boasts a seasonal pool, sauna, and fitness center.

We welcome all races, ethnicities, genders, orientations, religions.

Each bedroom has a queen sized, memory foam mattress. Air mattress available for extra guests. One bathroom with tub, and adjustable 2-headed shower head. A large, super comfortable couch, a full kitchen and dining area, great wifi, in-unit laundry, and ROKU TV with streaming capabilities complete the space.

This apartment is in a large complex. It’s really it’s own village, with a laundry facility, on-site mail package service, a fitness center, racquetball courts, basketball court, dry sauna, and a pool and hot tub..

This apartment, on the bottom floor of a two-story building, has creaky floors. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the spot for you, but despite the potential noise, there is sufficient privacy. If two bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and access to a fitness center are pluses, this is the spot for you!

You have a keyless entry code, so no need to interact with us. But if you have any issues at all, we personally live one mile away, and can assist with any needs. There is also an on-site maintenance crew.

Upon booking, we will ask you for your email address, ID, and for you to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement, which includes your license plate and phone number, which we will give to the complex’ management, should any emergencies arise. We gladly welcome guests of any length of stay. Those staying longer than 30 days will need an extra background check done, at an additional cost of $45.
