A top floor in Paris

Discover Paris from the top floor of a beautiful duplex apartment under the roofs of Paris. Enjoy the view and the main sites of Paris like Montmartre, the Sacré Coeur, L'Opéra Garnier, the Louvre or discover the many theaters and restaurants located right next to this apartment.

You enter the duplex on the 4th floor and, via a staircase, access your own space on the 5th and top floor. You'll enjoy a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. A hallway leads off each room and has a cupboard where you can store clothes and suitcases. The bedroom has a 160*200 bed and cupboards with closets and drawers. The living room is the perfect place to enjoy your meals in peace and quiet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle and all necessary utensils. A table-top fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

For your convenience, we offer you : - 2 coffee pods per person per day (adults only) - 1 bottle of 50cl water per person per day

Toulouse, the Persian cat, and I live on the 4th floor, and will be separated from your floor by a French window to ensure our privacy.
