The secret balcony of Bastille

Hello everyone! Welcome to Paris My apartment is a jewel in the heart of Paris, recently renovated, furnished and decorated with style, taste and extreme attention to detail. Everything in the apartment is new, elegant and very functional. There's a living room with a comfortable sofa and a study area, a separate bedroom and a large dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. The washing machine in the kitchen doubles as a tumble dryer. A lovely balcony (furnished with a wrought-iron table and chairs) offers a legendary view of the city. The bedroom also overlooks the Place de la Bastille.

Beyond the rooftops of Paris, you can see Notre Dame, Saint Germain des Près, Le Panthéon, Les Invalides and the Musée d'Orsay among others, but above all... the Eiffel Tower is right in front of you and you can enjoy its spectacular play of light at night every hour until 1 a.m. The two windows on the other side of the living room offer a breathtaking view of the Place de la Bastille and the Marais.

The whole apartment is very quiet, as it's on the 7th floor (the attic) and there's double glazing on all the windows, so you're sure to have quiet nights. The Queen-size bed is also new and has a very good mattress. The elevator takes you to the 5th floor and then you have to take the stairs to reach the attic.

If you are interested in my apartment, please check my availability on my calendar before reading on. I do not accept stays of less than 4 nights. Arrival is at 3pm at the earliest and departure is at 11am at the latest. We need time to clean the apartment before your arrival. Thank you for your understanding. The location of my apartment is ideal for your visit. The building is on a beautiful 19th-century boulevard that links the Place de la Bastille to the Seine and the Ile de la Cité. The center of the Marais (5-10 minutes, depending on your pace), the Place des Vosges (5 min), the Promenade Planteé (5 min), the Centre Pompidou (20-25 min), the Seine (5-10 minutes), Notre Dame and the Hôtel de Ville (20-25 min) are all within walking distance, and all are beautiful promenades. A metro station (Bastille, lines 1, 5 and 8) is almost opposite the building. The Sully Morland station (line 7) is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The neighborhood is full of supermarkets (there's a Franprix 200m away), bakeries, grocery stores, bistros, cafés and restaurants.

Recommended restaurants in the area include Le Temps des Cerises Chez Margot Chez Janou (book now) La Place Royale (on Place des Vosges)

And don't miss the large open-air market on avenue Richard Lenoir every Thursday and Sunday morning until 2pm.
