One bedroom has a queen bed, and one has a full sized pull out sofa with a hybrid air/spring mattress with access to a private bathroom and shared 1/2 bath. The unit has parking for two vehicles, private entrance off the patio that leads directly into the rooms. Full kitchen, grill and fire table for your use on either the back deck or side patio. I'm happy to show you around (lifelong resident) or give your privacy. You'll be a short 5 minute walk to public transit, the Lake and beaches, shopping, international restaurants, and Jackhammer, Touche, and the Glenwood bars. Finally, you'll share the unit with the happiest rescue dog in Chicago. As this is my home, I do ask you be respectful of the building and my neighbors. No guests or gatherings without asking.
