Original vintage 50's bathroom was tastefully updated with new finishings/fixtures, has been regrouted, and repainted as well. Small kitchen area has newer stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine. Large table in eating nook with seating for 4 that can also be used for a home office or work space. There is a safe for all your valuables, ironing board/iron, and blow dryer conveniently stored in storage closet.

An outdoor seating area with patio table and umbrella so you can enjoy sunny Florida. Also available upon request is a gas barbecue for all your grilling needs. Beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas are readily accessible for use at no extra cost as well.

All private studio-like apartment with a queen size bed that sleeps 2, its also furnished with a daybed that has an additional pull out underneath being able to comfortably host 2 additional guests. In addition there is a electric fireplace that adds a cozy touch to the room.
