Rest and relaxation in our house with garden and pool, located in a quiet but urban area, 5 minutes' walk from the beach and shops, or close to the 3 gay naturist beaches (15, 20 and 25 minutes by car). We're very simple and open-minded... You'll love the special moments with us when you can go your own way without us. Free parking in front of the house or on the next street with free parking. Pets welcome if small and well-behaved. We have another ad to rent the 2 bedrooms. This ad here is to rent 1 single room on the ground floor where you will have the bathroom and separate toilet only for you, if you ask me to block or not the possibility of booking our 2nd room by other travelers. See my other ad if you want the 2 rooms.

Great stay with Pascal - the room and house are as described and the welcome is wonderful. The advice is good and there are plenty of great tips (including the paella) and yes the pool is warm!! Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail

Pascal and William welcomed us for a week in their charming house in Canet en Roussillon. A lovely room with terrace and a view of an independent garden, as well as a magnificent swimming pool. Ideally located five minutes from the beaches. Pascal and William are very friendly and give you advice. A very nice stay. I recommend Pascal and William's house to you. Thank you

Pascal and William generously welcomed me to their home. A spacious bedroom, nice and cool with direct access to the garden. Impeccable bathroom with shower. The pool is a huge asset. They were even kind enough to pick me up from Perpignan. A bus line just steps away for the return. Thank you also for all the information provided about the surroundings and bike rentals. If you want a beach vacation, contact them. You won't regret it.

Excellent welcome and very comfortable stay with Pascal and William. Very well located, the house allows you to explore the surroundings while always being close to the beaches and Perpignan. The pool is very pleasant and the hosts' advice is always sound. We recommend 100%

Pascal and William were wonderful hosts; warm, welcoming and very helpful. It felt like visiting good friends. Their home is beautiful with an impressive garden. The bedroom and bathroom were private and very comfortable. It was our first Mr B & B experience. We highly recommend them

We spent a three-day weekend at this wonderful couple's home: they are kind, attentive, friendly, ... From the moment we contacted them, their attention was exceptional, they explained how to get there and kept in touch until our arrival. We got to know each other and there was a very good connection and we lived like a family together, visiting places we didn't know, going out to dinner together and laughing a lot. Exceptional breakfast and we must highlight the comfort of the bed and the added benefit of the pool.
